Kari Samantha was an American actor, performer and singer (born on April 28 1967). Wuhrer began her career as she was in her teens. She is best known for her character Maggie Beckett on the TV show Sliders, as well as as the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror-comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was raised within Brookfield Connecticut as the daughter of Karin Noble and worked as a pay clerk as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer. Her family has given her three brothers. She was a teenage singer who performed in clubs and hid from her family to do so. Kari Wuhrer was an American model, singer and actor. Her acting career at the Wooster School at the age of thirteen years old. Her birth date was April 28th, 1967 and was raised in Brookfield, Connecticut. Her father is an German American policeman and an auto salesman. Kari is the youngest of three siblings. As a teenager performing in nightclubs, she was able to make a name for herself when she would sneak away and perform. Kari was 13 years old when she started acting courses at Wooster School. Then, Kari enrolled at Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. Columbia University. Marymount Manhattan College. Kari started acting at the age of a teenager. Her breakthrough was in 1987 when she played MTV Remote Control.
